Analytical Group Leader/Supervisor：
1.MS or Ph.D. degree in analytical chemistry or related discipline, and with 5, 2-3 years of experience, respectively.
2.Must have experience in the area of analytical development or pharmaceutical analysis in order to train and lead laboratory analysts.
3.Must be trained in or be familiar with the requirements of the FDA cGMP/GLP regulations, ICH guidelines as well as drug development process. Experience in interfacing with Health Authorities during inspections is preferred.
4.Must be experienced with standard analytical techniques, particularly HPLC, GC, GC-MS, and LC-MS; experience/familiarity with dissolution apparatus.
5.Must have supervisory experience and project management skills in a pharmaceutical R&D environment. 6.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and outstanding interpersonal skills are essential job requirements.
7.Strong technical expertise in analytical chemistry and pharmaceutical analysis, working independently to solve analytical and technical problems and laboratory investigations.
8.Demonstrates understanding and knowledge of quality systems in order to ensure compliance and good documentation practices.
