Analytical Scientist/chemist：

1. BS or MS degree in analytical chemistry or related discipline, and with 5, 2-4 years of experience, respectively.
2. Must have experience in analytical method development and validation as well as pharmaceutical analysis according to written method/protocols.
3. Must be trained in or be familiar with the requirements of the FDA cGMP/GLP regulations, ICH guidelines as well as drug development process.
4. Must be experienced with standard analytical techniques, particularly HPLC, GC, GC-MS, and LC-MS; experience/familiarity with dissolution apparatus and laser particle size distribution analyzer is desirable; experience with computers and laboratory data acquisition and analysis systems is required.
5. Demonstrates understanding of quality aspects to ensure compliance and good documentation practices.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and outstanding interpersonal skills are essential job requirements.
7. Must be able to work in a team-oriented manner in order to accomplish performance objectives.
