化学分析员 BAS Associate Scientist/Scientist
Responsibilities:
1.Initiate and complete routine procedures in an efficient manner with supervision, and operate and be responsible for laboratory equipment. The position will involve biological sample preparation, LC/MS operation, documentation and report writing.
2.Demonstrate technical ability to assist in the method development, validation and sample analysis.
3.Understand and apply basic scientific principles to laboratory experiments.
4.Demonstrate the ability to correctly analyze and interpret outcome of experiments. 5.Communicate own work orally and in writing and provide input toward scientific reports.
6.Comply with applicable FDA, OECD and SFDA regulations, performing all work in a safe manner and maintain proper records in accordance with SOPs and policies.
Minimum requirements:
1.Bachelor/Master Degrees in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, organic chemistry and pharmaceutical sciences or related area.
2.Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
3.Willing to take challenges and work under strict timeline.
4.Some understand of drug discovery and development process is desired but not required
