采购员

职责:
负责做好药物研发所需的各种化学和生物类试剂、研发用耗材、科研和IT类设备、相关零配件采购等。
严格按照公司采购流程统筹好采购工作。
积极密切与公司技术负责人保持无障碍沟通，确保物品采购符合公司项目的特殊要求。
在主管领导下，保证物品采购具备最佳的商务条款和服务条款。辅助公司领导做好谈判和合同签订工作。
项目筹建完成后，继续保持、建立和维护合作供应商。
继续考核供应商。
持续不断地降低成本。
执行其他分派的采购任务。
遵纪守法，遵守职业道德。

岗位需求:
- 男女不限，户籍不限

- 学历与专业:
大学本科以上；化学、生化、生物、医学、检验医学、药理毒理、计算机等相关专业背景；

- 工作经验:
二年以上相关专业背景的工作经验。
有ERP系统操作经验。

- 技能:
较强的分析判断能力
较强的沟通协调能力
较强的时间管理和工作计划性能力
有独立工作能力
关注细节，有问题的解决能力、与上级沟通能力
流利的英语听说读写，英语六级以上。
较好的计算机操作技能– Office, Excel, Project, PowerPoint
