Direct –Virology:

Qualifications:
Ph.D. in molecular genetics and microbiology or a related discipline with 2-3 years of postdoctoral experience working on virology involving mechanism of viral replication or viral host interactions or antiviral discovery. 2-3 years of industry experience is highly desired, and hands-on experience with in vivo models is a plus.
A proven track record of research accomplishments with peer-reviewed publications and/or patent filings.
Demonstrated ability to think scientifically and strategically, capable of designing and executeing original research. Prior experience in project and team management is highly desired.
Good interpersonal and organization skills, excellent English and Chinese communication skills, with a good sense of prioritization in resource management.

Responsibilities:
Lead world class virology CRO programs in a matrix team environment
Lead a group of biologists working on compound screening and MOA analysis.
Play critical roles in project management and client communications.
Proactively contribute to the development of new business
Recruit and train scientists at all levels
