1、计算机相关专业本科毕业，至少一年以上工作经验；
2、熟练掌握SQL Server 2008及以上版本数据库的开发和管理，精通T-SQL语言；
3、熟悉数据仓库的设计理念；
4、熟练掌握MDX语言和基于Analysis Services的OLAP设计；
5、熟练掌握SQL Server Integration Services包的开发；
6、熟练掌握基于Reporting Services的报表开发。
7、独立探索和解决问题的能力。
8、良好的团队合作能力。
9、快速学习能力。
10、英语：能够熟练阅读英文技术文档
