Secretary：
Accountabilities:
1. Secretarial Support
- Proficient computer skills (all Microsoft office programs), able to manage and output high volumes of work to meet deadlines
- Calendar management for assigned managers, interfacing with internal and external teams
- Professional phone calls management
- Submitting and tracking T & E
- Document translation and management
- Document management and filing
- Supplies and mail management
- Coordinate with other functions to accomplish work assignments
2. Travel and Meetings
- Travel arrangements for team through travel agency
- Meeting support for internal and external meetings including off-site meeting coordination
- Visitor support for out of town visitors
3. Special Projects
- Manage special projects such as data collection and tracking
Qualifications:
- University / College Degree, major in English or relevant.
- Fluent in Mandarin and Good Command of Written and Oral English
- TEM-8 is a must or equivalent.
- Good Computer Skill ( Power point, Excel, Word )
- Able to multi-task , work under pressure and still maintain high quality
- Passionate about work, has the 'can do' and 'must do better' spirit
- Professional attitude, mature
- Good personality, pro-active,efficient
