职位描述：
1)公司应用程序的开发,变更及调试
2)撰写程序开发与变更过程的文档
3)对业务部门进行新开发或变更的应用程序必要培训
要求：
1)本科以上学历，计算机软件相关专业; 条件优秀者可适当放宽;
2)精通微软.NET(c#)平台,了解Ajax,有VS使用经验,从事过B/S系统开发;
3)精通sqlserver2005数据库及SQL语言;
4)熟悉WCF、WPF、Silverlight等;
5)熟悉HTML,JavaScript,CSS等;
6)具有优秀的需求理解、系统分析、设计和文档编写能力;
7)注重用户体验和流程顺畅,具有良好的代码编写风格;
8)能承受较大的工作压力,富团队精神及较强的沟通能力;
9)三年以上软件开发经验.
