ADME assay and analysis：

Description:

The job responsibilities, emphasized in the ADME assays, or in LC-MS/MS detection techniques will include, but not limit some of the following aspects:

  1. Be able to design, conduct, analyze and report ADME studies.
  2. Be responsible for preparing and isolating animal liver cells, maintaining cell lines, and conducting cell-based assays for ADME studies.
  3. Be responsible for working/stock solution preparation, incubation, sample processing sample extraction, lab automation, data analysis and data summary.
  4. Be familiar with modern mass spectrometry techniques such as triple quadrupole, Q-TOF, linear trap and 3D ion trap, and able to develop LC-MS/MS bioanalytical methods and sample bioanalysis.
  5. Be familiar with radioactive detection techniques for metabolic studies of 3H or 14C-labeled compounds.
  6. Work either individually or in an interdisciplinary team and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
The ideal candidates should have a B. S., M. S., or Ph.D. in biochemistry or others such as molecular biology, cell biology, bioanalytical chemistry and mass spectrometry with 0 - 2 years' industrial experience. A successful candidate should have experience and knowledge in cell biology, mass spectrometry, drug metabolism, bioanalytical chemistry, and excellent oral & written communications skills and good computer skills.
