药代动力学研究员

工作内容：
1.PK项目动物formulation配制，设计各种动物（啮齿类，犬和猴子等）药代动力学（ DMPK ）研究；
2. 分析整理临床前药代动力学（ DMPK )实验数据
3.了解各种体外实验；
4. 向上级及客户提供药代动力学实验方案，项目完成后提交药代动力学报告，与客户沟通；
5.撰写并执行相应的标准操作规范。

任职资格：
1. 具有医药研发或CRO公司药代动力学研究工作经验（1-2年）；
2. 深入理解药代动力学（ DMPK ）理论；英文熟练
3. 掌握药物吸收、分布、代谢和消除的知识；
4. 熟练掌握数据分析知识；
5. 熟悉英文文献，掌握相应学科进展，
6. 了解动物实验技术，具有丰富的生物样品分析经验更优（ HPLC, LC-MS/MS ， ELISA ）。
