1、分析化学，药物分析等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、三年以上工作经验；
3、熟练使用HPLC，GC或LC-MS等分析仪器，或制备色谱等分离纯化仪器，能独立进行方法开发；
4、熟悉GMP，GLP规范。
