药理学研究员

工作内容描述：
使用小鼠癌症动物模型，帮助客户从事新型抗癌药物的开发；与研究小组其它成员合作，建立多样性的癌症动物模型用于药物评价；研究抗癌药物的药效学（PD），药物动力学（PK），以及它们（PK／PD）之间的关系；探索生物标记（BIOMARKER）在临床前和临床研究当中的应用。

要求：
-医学、生物学或者药物学本科或硕士；
-两年以上工作经验；
-能熟练地操作小鼠癌症动物模型；
-具有动物细胞培养经验；
-拥有将病人肿瘤组织植入裸鼠经验者将会被优先考虑；
-拥有癌症生物学、细胞生物学、分子生物学、免疫组化经验者将会被优先考虑；
-具有合作精神、良好的沟通技巧、良好的英语基础、能熟练地使用计算机和MS－OFFICE。
