药物体外代谢研究人员：

工作职能:
1.执行药物体外代谢实验或方法开发，包括药物蛋白结合，肝微粒体与肝细胞代谢等实验
2.完成实验记录，分析实验数据，撰写实验报告
3.审阅他人实验记录与报告
4.分析解决实验中遇到的问题
5.参与或负责项目管理

职位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，细胞生物学、分子生物学、生物化学或药学相关专业。
2.具有较强的药物代谢、细胞生物学等理论基础，了解药物研发过程
3.做事细心，善于学习，工作主动和富有责任心
4.英文熟练
5.具备以下任一方面经验：
具有药物体外代谢方面实验经验，有药物蛋白结合和P450酶代谢实验技能的优先
具有丰富的动物细胞培养经验，有肝细胞或Caco-2细胞培养技能的优先

注：能力和经验突出者可适当放宽职位要求
