资深药理学研究员：

工作内容描述：
使用癌症动物模型，帮助客户从事新型抗癌药物的早期开发，帮助客户将早期研发的药物合理地转化进入到临床试验，支持抗癌药物在临床的测试；
领导一个研究小组，管理内部和外部药物开发、研究与合作；
开发多样性的癌症动物模型用于药物评价，研究抗癌药物的药效学（PD），药物动力学（PK），以及它们（PK／PD）之间的关系；
探索生物标记（BIOMARKER）在临床前和临床研究当中的应用；
撰写研究报告；
能帮助创建一种不断学习和进取的文化环境。

要求：
医学、生物学或者药物学博士；
两年以上工作经验；
在癌症和细胞生物学领域拥有广泛和深入的知识和经验；
熟悉癌症动物模型，并能熟练地亲手操作；
拥有将病人肿瘤组织植入裸鼠经验者将会被优先考虑；
拥有分子生物学、免疫组化经验者将会被优先考虑；
具有合作精神、良好的沟通技巧、良好的英语基础、能熟练地使用计算机和MS－OFFICE；
在核心期刊发表过文章。
