采购经理--武汉

职责

  1. 配合公司总部完成武汉分公司筹建和后续运营的所有专业原材料、设备的采购工作（房屋建筑施工的采购除外）。
  2. 筹建期间，与公司领导和技术负责人一起参与项目设计和技术要求的讨论，全面掌握项目对原料和设备的软硬件要求。及时分析和制定采购策略。
  3. 率领团队尽早开始并完成对供应商的寻找、筛选、整理和初期谈判。为公司的项目采购全面开展赢得时间和后续发展运行提供数据分析。
  4. 积极密切与公司技术负责人保持无障碍沟通，确保物品采购符合公司项目的特殊要求。
  5. 在公司主管领导下，保证物品采购特别是设备采购具备最佳的商务条款和服务条款。辅助公司领导做好谈判和合同签订工作。
  6. 项目筹建完成后，继续保持、建立和维护合作供应商。?继续考核供应商。
  7. 持续不断地降低成本。
  8. 执行其他分派的采购任务。

岗位需求：

  1. 男女不限，户籍不限
  2. 学历与专业: 大学本科以上；化学、生化等相关专业
  3. 工作经验: 二年以上的化学背景工作经验二年以上的采购管理工作经验具有相关专业工作经验，有化学实验室的工作经历、熟悉各类化学试验消耗品和专业设备的专业人才最佳有化学实验室筹备工作经验者优先。有ERP系统操作经验
  4. 技能: 很强的分析判断能力部门之间的协调能力较强的谈判能力和内部沟通能力能够和供应商建立良好的合作关系并对其进行管理管理团队能力、有计划性关注细节，有问题的解决能力、与上级沟通能力 清晰的成本意识，能承受较大的工作压力流利的英语听说读写， 英语六级以上。较好的计算机操作技能– Office, Excel, Project, PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  1. Set priorities and performance goals for purchaser? Provide in-depth data analysis to support strategy development and fact-based decisions.
  2. Lead the supplier selection and negotiation process.
  3. Drive the implementation of strategies.
  4. Establish and maintain contractual business relationships.
  5. Support solution of customer issues and supplier performance.
  6. Develop and measure the level of supplier generated cost reductions.
  7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Education and speciality: Bachelor’s Degree. Masters Degree preferred.Chemistry, Biochemistry speciality
  2. Experience: 1）At least 2 years work experience with chemistry background. 2） At least 2 years in experience in a procurement role 3）The experience in ERP operating
  3. Knowledge and Skills: 1） Strong analytical skills2）Excellent inter-personal skills 3） Time Management and planning skills. 4）Ability to work independently5） Attention to details. Problem-solving skills. Superior negotiation skills are required. 6） Previous experience in a large multinational company 7） Excellent English capability - written and spoken 8）Good command of PC skills – Office, Excel, Project, PowerPoint 9）Strong negotiation/influencing skills
