安全主管（武汉）

主要职责：

  1. 制定年度公司安全目标，并协助所有部门一起完成该目标；
  2. 建立并维护持续改进的安全、环境、职业健康的管理体系；
  3. 对工作场所进行风险评估，并制定相应的安全措施，确保工作环境的安全；
  4. 对新项目和改变控制进行风险评估，并制定相应的安全措施，确保项目生产的安全；
  5. 协助公司管理层，完成客户的EHS审计，对审计的发现制定改进措施；
  6. 通过ISO14001体系认证，并维护体系的运转；
  7. 对各种危险作业（动火、登高、开挖、入罐，等）进行风险评估，并制定相应的安全措施，确保作业的安全；
  8. 利用公司内部、外部的资源，向全体员工提供安全培训，案例分析，实况演习等，提高全员的安全意识；
  9. 制定节能减排措施，确保所有的排放都在规定的限制内；确保废弃物得到有效的控制和合理的处理；
  10. 培训、激励部门内的员工，最大程度发挥他们的工作效率；
  11. 废水处理设施的安全有效运行；

任职要求：

  1. 学历：大学本科或以上，有三年以上的相关工作经验
  2. 专业知识：化学、化工或安全环境
  3. 技能要求：英语书写读流利
  4. 其他：有安全管理能力
